Pre-Order Policy
Please note that due to possible shipping restraints that are out of our control, arrivals dates can experience delays therefore changing constantly. We will be updating products arrivals on each PREORDER ITEM to reflect changes if they occur.
If you order items that ARE NOT preorder items in the same order as PRE-ORDER ITEMS, they will be shipped together once the preorder is ready. If you need those non-preorder items prior to the preorder items they will need to be ordered separately.
Pre-Orders are products that we do not currently have in stock and will be released at a future date. If you purchase a Pre-Order item, you will be charged at time of purchase.
All preorder products will have PREORDER as a part of their product name. Each preorder piece has an estimated processing time of 15-30 business days (Monday - Friday) before shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee 15-30 business days (Monday - Friday) & due to the demand of some piece(s), it can & sometimes will take longer but you will be informed along the way.
Pre-Ordering does not guarantee receiving the items before other retailers. Pre-Order items will be shipped within 24 hours after arriving at our warehouse. Please note that some items arrive before others.
For our US customers: Pre-Orders will be fulfilled as they come into our warehouse, regardless of how many packages it takes. Please note that if you used a free shipping coupon with your order, your packages may be held to ship all together.
For Canada International customers: Pre-Orders will be fulfilled when all items on your order is in stock. We recommend making smaller orders with similar drop dates for faster shipping. Please note Canadian customers may be subject to a Canadian Import Tax at moment of accepting the package. This tax is decided by Canada and may be up to 40% of your order total. Unaccepted packages are subject to refund minus the shipping expense.

Thank you for choosing to support our small business and for trusting us with your pre-orders. Stash Fashion Boutique is a trusted boutique that has been successfully operating since 2019. We are committed to maintaining our customers updated on preorders status and estimated arrival times to our warehouse.
WHY PREORDER? Please know that the main purpose of a pre-order is to guarantee you will receive the newest items coming to the market. Some items sell out on preorder night so customers love having the opportunity to secure their favorite merchandise before it is sold at stores. Recent times has challenged us in different ways, but mainly on delivery times. So we want to manage expectations and let you know that even though the wait is generally 2 weeks, some items may pass this time frame, due to shipping services delays.
WHEN NOT TO PREORDER We ask that if you are within a certain time frame, a birthday, planning to move, or simply can’t handle waiting for the above-mentioned timeframe we do not recommend pre-ordering. Please note some items arrive before others, we have no control over the time frame in which we receive inventory but can assure you it will be received and sent your way as soon as the shipment arrives at our facility.
WHEN DO PREORDERS BECOME INSTOCK ITEMS When an item arrives at our facility ship all our preorders within 24-72h depending on the volume of the shipment. Then we transfer all arrivals from the PREORDER TAB to the NEW ARRIVALS TAB. If items are sold out during preorder we may or may not restock, it all depends on item availability.
WHERE TO FIND UPDATES ON PREORDERS: Under the product description, we publish an approximate arrival date. This is subject to change and we do not control that. We update by the website once we know arrival dates on confirmed shipment to our warehouse. Confirmed shipment means coming within 2 weeks. Once the shipment is on its way to us we do have an estimated arrival date which we will also post.
Once your item arrives at our facility you will receive your tracking number via email.
I WANT TO PREORDER BUT MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT: Each preorder is set to a specific number of items to ensure availability and quick shipment. If the demand for an item is high, it may restock once the prior preorder has been fulfilled.
PREORDER CANCELLATIONS?: Pre-Order purchases are non-refundable while they are still considered a Pre-Order status. In the case you wish to cancel a Pre-Order, we will issue you a STORE CREDIT for all cancellations to use on a future purchase. In store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used on anything in the store including Pre-Orders and In-Stock items.
